ALMOND AND BERRY SMOOTHIE BOWL
A great quick and easy breakfast loaded with protein, essential fibre and healthy fats to keep your body in top condition. Easy to make, delicious to eat!
What you need:
1/2 cup plain Natural Yoghurt
1 small banana (or 1/2 large - plus a few extra slices for topping)
1/2 cup blueberries (or any berries of your choice), plus a few extra for topping
1/2 cup organic rolled oats
1 tsp almond nut butter
1 tsp almonds, chopped
1 tsp chia seeds (optional for topping)
1 Tbsp Super Booster (topping)
1 scoop of VEGAN or POWER PROTEIN
Blend yoghurt, banana, blueberries, oats and almond nut butter in a blender until smooth and creamy. Pour into a bowl and top with chopped almonds, extra berries and chia seeds.
For a really refreshing breakfast prepare the evening before (except for toppings) and place in freezer. In the morning add toppings and enjoy!
*Any toppings can be used - try raspberries, shredded coconut, pumpkin or sunflower seeds, chopped dates, etc, etc
