ALMOND MANGO AND CHIA SMOOTHIE BOWL
The perfect Summer breakfast or snack. So delicious, healthy and naturally sweet!
What you need:
150ml unsweetened almond milk (+ a little extra if needed)
1 scoop VEGAN or POWER PROTEIN
1/4 cup plain yoghurt (my fave is Rokeby Farms Swedish Style or BD Paris Creek Natural Yoghurt)
2 Tbspn cup organic steel cut oats
1 Tbspn almonds
1 Tbspn chia seeds
1/2 Mango, peeled
1/4 tspn cinnamon
Blend all ingredients in a blender and pour into a bowl. Top with toppings of your choice.
For a thicker, creamier version, prepare the evening before (except for toppings) cover bowl and place in the fridge. In the morning add toppings and enjoy!
*Any toppings can be used - try raspberries, shredded coconut, pumpkin or sunflower seeds, chopped dates, etc, etc
