APPLE CINNAMON SMOOTHIE

Great quick and easy breakfast loaded with protein, essential fibre and healthy fats to keep your body in top condition. 

What you need:

1 cup almond or coconut milk (unsweetened)

1 scoop VEGAN or POWER PROTEIN

1 apple, chopped

3 Tbsp Organic Oats

2 Tbsp pure almond butter

¼ tsp of nutmeg

1½ tsp of cinnamon

*Use some of the cinnamon, nutmeg or the oats for a topping​

Prep:

Blend ingredients in a blender and enjoy! 

 

(Almond or coconut milk can be used warm for a real winter treat)!
