BANANA ALMOND ESPRESSO SMOOTHIE
If you love your morning smoothie alongside a coffee, you'll love this smoothie. It's the perfect pick-me-up, wake-me-up delcious smoothie, plus it's quick and easy to whip up when you're on the run!
What you need:
150ml unsweetened almond milk
1 scoop VEGAN or POWER PROTEIN OR PRE WORKOUT
1 or two shots of espresso
1 tsp almond butter (or other nut butter of your choice)
1/2 cup ice (optional)
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until your desired consistency.
Pour in a tall glass, drink and enjoy the benefits!
