BANANA AVOCADO SMOOTHIE 

This protein smoothie is loaded with everything you need to stay healthy and strong!  Bananas are rich in potassium, low in fat, help improve your mood and full of fibre. Avocados are loaded with essential fats and help keep you fuller for longer. With the added benefits of my Vegan Protein -  high in organic vegetable proteins and superfood ingredients such as Maca, a powerful strength and stamina enhancer and Mesquite which helps keep your energy levels high long after consuming.

What you need:

 

150ml almond milk, coconut or soy milk (unsweetened)
1 scoop VEGAN or POWER PROTEIN

1 banana
1/2 avocado

Prep:

Place all ingredients in order into a blender and blend until smooth. A really delicious, creamy smoothie!​
