BANANA ICE CREAM  

This is a really yummy treat and is easier than you ever imagined. More importantly, this version is low in sugar and calories, contains essential fats, and is great for a healthy gut. Bananas pack a big nutritional punch, conveniently wrapped in its own packaging.  Some scientists believe that the banana may have even been the world's first fruit.

What you need:

 

 

1 frozen banana, peeled and sliced

3 tablespoons Greek Yoghurt or Kefir milk

1 tablespoon chopped pistachios

Sprinkle Cinnamon​

Prep:

 

 

Place frozen banana pieces and yoghurt/kefir in a blender or food processor and process until thick and creamy.

 

Top with pistachios and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
