BANANA AND NUT OVERNIGHT OATS

What you need:

150ml unsweetened soy, coconut or almond milk

1 small banana (or 1/2 large)

1 spoon SUPER BOOSTER

1 tablespoon raw cashews
1 tablespoon chickpeas
1/2 cup organic rolled oats
1 teaspoon chia seeds

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Shredded coconut

 

Add 1 scoop VEGAN or POWER PROTEIN  if you would like an extra protein hit.

 

 

Prep:
 

Blend the milk, cashews, banana (save a few slices for the topping if you wish - store in a container in the freezer) and chickpeas.  Add the oats, chia seeds, cinnamon, and mix together (don't blend unless you want a smooth mix).

 

Pour into a jar, glass or mug and place in the fridge overnight. 

 

When ready to eat, add frozen banana slices on top, and a sprinkle of coconut (or any extra topping of your choice) and enjoy.
