BANANA WALNUT PROTEIN SMOOTHIE 

Bananas are my go-to food at the moment (especially frozen) and they are full of potassium and fibre. This protein smoothie tastes a little like banana bread and is delicious as a treat at any time or a pre/post workout snack!

What you need:

150ml unsweetened almond or coconut milk

1 scoop VEGAN PROTEIN

1 small banana (frozen)

2 Tbsp chopped walnuts 

1 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp nutmeg

*OPTIONAL EXTRA

1 scoop Pre-Workout

 

Prep:

Blend all ingredients in a blender, pour into a glass, top with a few walnuts or sprinkle with cinnamon.  Sit, relax and enjoy!
