BERRY AND OAT PROTEIN SMOOTHIE
This smoothie is high in protein, packed with antioxidants and rich in fibre, it will leave you satisfied and energised for hours.
What you need:
1 scoop VEGAN or POWER PROTEIN (CACAO)
150ml Unsweetened Almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
1/2 banana, peeled (frozen is a great option)
1/2 cup fresh or frozen raspberries & blueberries
1/4 cup plain rolled oats
1 tsp vanilla extract
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and top with raspberries and/or oats if desired.
