CHOC CHAI PRE/POST WORKOUT SMOOTHIE 

If you're looking for a killer pre-workout smoothie that will keep you energised effective recovery, or even a post workout smoothie for effective recovery, this is the one you’re looking for!  The ingredients provide healthy fats and vital nutrients. With a few scoops of Pre-Workout powder, you have a well-rounded smoothie that serves you right.

What you need:

1 cup chilled chai tea

1/4 cup almond milk

1 scoop Pre-Workout or Revitalise

1 banana (fresh or frozen)

2 Medjool dates

1 tsp fresh or dried ginger

Pistachios or almonds for topping (optional)

 

Prep:

Make a ¼ cup of chai tea and place in fridge or freezer. Once chilled add all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.  Pour into a glass and enjoy!
