CHOC COFFEE PROTEIN BALLS  

If you like chocolate and coffee you'll love these. Plus they're high in protein and antioxidants.

What you need:

1 cup rolled oats

 

1 - 2 scoops VEGAN or CACAO POWER PROTEIN

¼ cup pure cacao pieces

2 Tbsp coffee beans or 1 - 2 shots espresso

½ cup almond butter

¼ cup ground flaxseed

1 Tbsp chia seeds

1 tsp pure vanilla extract

1 tsp stevia (optional)​​​

Prep:

 

Blend all ingredients in a or bowl (or a blender if you want a smooth mix). 

 

Refrigerate for approx 45 minutes and then roll into balls of your desired size.  They can also be rolled in shredded coconut, cacao powder or finely chopped almonds (or anything you fancy). 

 

Store in fridge in an airtight container and enjoy!

 

* You can also use chocolate covered coffee beans for a really chocolaty treat
