CHOC MOCHA SMOOTHIE 

Wake up your brain and your muscles with this great breakfast or pre workout high protein smoothie.

What you need:

150ml milk of your choice (milk, almond milk, coconut milk, etc)

1 small fresh/frozen banana

1 scoop VEGAN or POWER PROTEIN

1 - 2 shots of espresso

1 tsp pure cacao or unsweetened chocolate powder

1 tsp stevia (optional)

Pinch cinnamon or nutmeg

1 Tbspn whole rolled oats (to sprinkle on top)​

 

Prep:
 

Add all ingredients excluding cinnamon and oats in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.

 

Pour in a glass and sprinkle with cinnamon and oats.  Enjoy!
