CHOC YOGHURT PROTEIN TRUFFLES
Perfect for the chocoholic! A great, healthy way to sneak a little chocolate into your day.
What you need:
½ cup organic 60 - 80% dark chocolate (melted)
¼ cup Nordic, Swedish or Greek yoghurt (Nordic & Swedish is higher in protein, but you can use any yoghurt you like).
1 Tbsp nut butter of your choice
To coat: ⅓ cup organic unsweetened pure cacao powder (or you can use shredded coconut, or anything you like)
Combine the nut butter to the melted (and still slightly warm) dark chocolate. Slowly add in yoghurt and continue to mix.
Place bowl in fridge until mixture starts to harden (approx 10 - 15 min) and then carefully roll into balls one spoon at a time.
To coat, roll them in the cacao powder (or shredded coconut), place on a wooden cutting board or plate and store in fridge.
