CINNAMON LOVERS SMOOTHIE 

A delicious nutrient dense smoothie to help energise your day!

What you need:

1 cup unsweetened almond milk

1 Scoop VEGAN PROTEIN OR POWER GREENS

1 large frozen banana

¼ cup free rolled oats

1 Tbsp almond butter

2-3 pitted dates

1 - 2 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp Optimal Essentials Healthy Heart (optional)

1 tsp pure vanilla extract

Pinch of pink sea salt

 

Extras for topping:

cinnamon sprinkle

cinnamon stick

chopped nuts of your choice​

 

Prep:

All you need to do is add all ingredients (except toppings) to a blender and blend until smooth and enjoy!
