COCONUT TURMERIC LATTE
A really delicious hot drink for a cold morning with an added little coffee kick!
What you need:
150ml unsweetened coconut milk
½ tsp ground turmeric
¼ tsp ground ginger
¼ tsp ground cinnamon
½ tsp pure vanilla bean extract (or paste)
1 shot espresso
Stevia to taste or honey/other sweetener of your choice (optional) .
Add almond milk to a saucepan over a medium-high heat and start to whisk. Add all other ingredients and continue to whisk until the mixture is very hot, but not boiling.
Pour into your favourite mug or cup and sprinkle with an extra pinch of turmeric if you wish.
