EASTER FUDGE BROWNIES
These Brownies are a super healthy Chocolate treat rather than a decadently rich dessert so you can enjoy them anytime as well as over Easter without any guilt - and still enjoy a few Easter Eggs!
What you need:
1 cup overripe banana, mashed well
2/3 cup nut butter of choice
1 scoop VEGAN or CACAO POWER PROTEIN
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
Stevia, Pure maple syrup or honey to your taste (depending on how sweet you like it)
Optional - crushed walnuts, almonds or extra choc chips, etc.
Preheat oven to 180 C. Slowly warm nut butter until it is runny and easy to stir. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, including nut butter and stir until completely mixed and smooth. Line a baking pan with baking paper and spread mixture in the pan.
Bake in the oven on the centre rack for approx 20 minutes. Let cool, then cover with a paper towel and place in the fridge overnight to set. Once set, cut the brownies into squares or any shape you wish. Place in a container and store in fridge or freezer. Will last for approx for 2-3 days in the fridge. They can be eaten straight from the freezer.
These Brownies are a great Easter treat, but you can enjoy them at any time!
