ENERGISING ANTIOXIDANT SMOOTHIE 

A super healthy protein smoothie packed with antioxidants. Super quick and easy to make it will keep you going for hours!

What you need:

150ml milk of your choice

1 small banana

1 Scoop POWER GREENS

1/2 cup  blueberries (or mixed berries of your choice)

1 tsp nut butter (I prefer almond or tahini)

 

Prep:

Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.  Pour into a tall glass or jar, add a topping of your choice and enjoy!
