HEALING PROTEIN SUPER SMOOTHIE 

A great smoothie when you are recovering from an injury or sore and tired from a hard workout!

What you need:

150ml water or milk of your choice (I used unsweetened almond)

1 spoon REVITALISE

1 scoop VEGAN or POWER PROTEIN

1 small handful walnuts

1/4 avocado

1/2 frozen banana

1/2 cup of frozen blueberries

1/2 tsp turmeric

A sprinkling of rolled oats for topping

Prep:

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend for 1 min or until smooth and creamy.  Pour in a glass and enjoy the benefits.
