IMMUNE BOOSTING SMOOTHIE 

One of my favourite smoothies to supercharge your immune system.  Plus it only takes 5 minutes to make!

What you need:

150ml milk of your choice. 

1 spoon POWER GREENS

1 Scoop VEGAN or POWER PROTEIN

1 spoon REVITALISE

2 - 3 tsp raw oats

1 banana ​​and/or strawberries and blueberries (or other fruit of your choice)

1/4 cup Kefir (or 2 Tbsp Plain Swedish or Icelandic yoghurt)

Pinch cinnamon (optional)

 

Prep:

Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth, rich and creamy.  Pour in a glass, sprinkle with cinnamon if desired.  Drink and enjoy the many benefits!
