KICK START SMOOTHIE 

One of my favourite smoothies to supercharge your immune system.  Plus it only takes 5 minutes to make!

What you need:

50 - 70ml milk of your choice (milk will make it richer and creamier but you can use water)

1 Scoop PRE WORKOUT

1 - 2 shots espresso

1/2  banana (put the other half in the freezer)

 

Optional Extra's

1 tsp rolled oats

Sprinkle cinnamon for topping

Extra cacao

OR anything you like!

Prep:

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Serve in a glass or mug and enjoy!

* This is also delicious as a hot smoothie. Just heat the milk or water, but take care when blending hot/warm liquids!
