NUT BUTTER BANANA SMOOTHIE
One of my favourite smoothies to supercharge your immune system. Plus it only takes 5 minutes to make!
What you need:
150ml milk of your choice
250 ml Almond Milk (unsweetened) or any milk of your choice
1 Scoop VEGAN or POWER PROTEIN
1 Tbsp Nut Butter of your choice (I prefer Almond)
1 banana (preferably frozen)
2 pitted dates
Stevia to your taste
Add all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add the dates and/or stevia depending on your taste.
Pour into a glass and enjoy!
