NUT BUTTER OVERNIGHT OATS 

What you need:
 
1 1/2 cups milk of choice (almond, soy, etc)
1 /2 cup whole oats

1 scoop VEGAN or POWER PROTEIN

1/4 cup nut butter (almond, peanut, or a mix)

1/2 cup plain yoghurt (dairy or non-dairy)

2 tbsp chia seeds 

1/2 cup berries of choice

Shot espresso

Topping ideas: SUPER BOOSTER, chopped peanuts, extra berries, additional nut butter, shredded coconut, banana, coffee beans, maple syrup​

Prep:
 

 

In a bowl, whisk together nut butter, yoghurt and milk/liquid. Add oats and chia seeds and protein powder and/or espresso if using. Stir until well combined. 

 

Pour into jars or other containers with lids and cover. Refrigerate overnight or for at least 6 hours. 

 

Top with any toppings of your choice. You can either have it cold in the morning or zap in the microwave for approx 60sec to enjoy it warm.
