POST WORKOUT RECOVERY SMOOTHIE 

Speed up your recovery with this delicious post-workout protein recovery smoothie

What you need:
 

200ml coconut water

1 spoon REVITALISE

1 scoop VEGAN or POWER PROTEIN

1 banana

1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
2 Tbsp plain/coconut yoghurt or similar (no added sugar)

 

Prep:
 

Add ingredients to a blender and blend until desired consistency

 

Pour into a glass and enjoy the benefits!
