POWER PROTEIN BITES  

What you need:

 

 

1/4 cup Almond Flour

1/2 cup Coconut Flour

2 scoops VEGAN or POWER PROTEIN
4 Medjool dates (chopped) OR 1/4 cup sultanas

4 Tbsp Coconut Oil (melted)

3/4 cup mixed Almonds, Pumpkin, Sunflower & Chia seeds

4 egg whites

1/4 cup shredded coconut

1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

 

Optional Topping:

Nuts or extra shredded coconut

Prep:

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix until combined.

 

Roll mixture into small bite size balls and coat with nuts or coconut.  

 

For a bar shape, press mixture into a square dish or tray until even, sprinkle with topping of your choice.

 

Place in fridge for an hour or more to set.
