SUPER SUPERFOOD SMOOTHIE  

This Super Smoothie is loaded with Protein, vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and essential fibre to keep your body in top shape. 

What you need:
 

200ml almond milk/coconut milk/coconut water (or a mixture)

1 small banana

1/2 cup berries of your choice

1 scoop VEGAN or POWER PROTEIN

1 spoon POWER GREENS

1/2 cucumber

Pinch cinnamon or nutmeg to sprinkle on top (optional)​

 

 

Prep:
 

Blend all ingredients excluding cinnamon/nutmeg in a blender and blend until the desired consistency.

 

Pour into a tall glass or mug or jar and enjoy!
