TAHINI ENERGY BARS
What you need:
4 Tbsp tahini (unhulled)
2 Tbsp nut butter (I prefer almond)
1 ripe banana
1 cup pumpkin seeds
1 cup sunflower seeds
2 Tbsp chia seeds
1 Tbsp walnuts
4 dates (pitted & preferably medjool)
1 tsp cinnamon
pinch rock salt (or similar)
* if you like your bars really sweet bar add a little stevia or honey to your taste
Blend tahini, banana, nut butter, dates, cinnamon and salt in a blender until it forms a paste.
Add remaining ingredients and pulse blend for another minute or so. Pour mixture into a lined baking tray and place in freezer overnight to set.
Remove from freezer and cut into bars and store in fridge or freezer.
Enjoy at any time!
