VANILLA COCONUT PROTEIN LATTE  

This is a delicious latte to get you going in the morning as it's full of protein and nutrients and a little shot of coffee!

What you need:
 

1 shot espresso

1 Tbspn Coconut oil (melted)

1 scoop POWER PROTEIN

1 spoon SUPER BOOSTER

1 cup coconut milk

Pure Vanilla extract

Cinnamon or any spice for topping (optional)

Banana (optional)

 

 

Prep:
 

Place coconut milk, protein powder, super booster and coconut oil in a blender and blend for a few seconds.

 

Add coffee and vanilla extract (& banana if using) and blend again.

 

Pour into a mug or glass, sprinkle a little cinnamon (or other spice of your choice) on top and enjoy
